Crystal Palace forward Jordan Ayew is now the Ghanaian with the highest goals in the English Premier League.
The 28-year old has achieved that mark following his goal against AFC Bournemouth in the England Premier League on Saturday, June 20, 2020.
His goal cushioned Crystal Palace to beat AFC Bournemouth 0:2 to secure three maximum points at the Vitality Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

The goal against Bournemouth has enabled Jordan Ayew to surpass former Leeds United and Black Stars forward Anthony Yeboah as the Ghanaian with the highest goals in the English Premier League.
Ayew has now scored 25 goals in the Premier, just a goal above Anthony Yeboah who has retired from football long ago.
Andre Ayew who currently plays for English Championship side Swansea City and a brother to Jordan Ayew, is third on the list with 21 goals followed by Chelsea legend Michael Essien who has 17.
Former Sunderland goal poacher Asamoah Gyan complete the top five Ghanaians with the highest goals in the English Premier League. Gyan bagged 10 goals.
