The President of Ghana yesterday gave the green light for 750,000 people, including students part of the educational system to resume on Monday.
The 13 presidential address since the outbreak of the deadly coronavirus pandemic will see Students belonging to the Junior High School final year, teachers and supporting staff amassing a total of 750,000 to resume operation on Monday, June 29, 2020.
These Junior High School final year students will spend 11 weeks in school and school will spend 4 hours at school begining at 9:00A.M. and end at 1:00P.M.

Per the directives given, there will be no breaks. The 4 hours class session will be continued throughout each of the weekdays.
Per His Excellency, Nana Akuffo-Addo’s address there won’t be more than 30 students in a class and students are to observe social distancing in class.
There is also a ban on use of schools for religious activities is banned; i.e no prayer sessions during these 11 weeks period ahead of the Basic Examination Certificate.
Government of Ghana have made provision of over 45,000 veronica buckets have been distributed to schools across the country.
