Teacher and his spouse alongside six other students have tested positive for the deadly Coronavirus at the Accra Girls Senior High School.
This was confirmed in a joint Statement from the Ghana Education Service and the Ghana Health Service dated July 6, 2020.

The infected persons at the school have since then been isolated from the school and currently responding to treatment.
Accra Girls SHS have joined the list of second cycle schools to record cases of the Coronavirus disease since school was reopened for final year students in June 16, 2020 after Wesley SHS, Adisadel College and others.
