Aduana Stars have suspended Communication Head, Dennis Asamoah after beating up Chief Executive Officer, Albert Commey on last Sunday in Dormaa.
Reports has it that,the young man [ Dennis] retaliated an initial slap by the CEO after being questioned of Happy Man Bitters deal with the club which ended in a fracas.
The incident happened few minutes after the Aduana Stars had whitewashed Fosa Juniors 6:1 in their CAF Confederation Cup group stages qualifier in Dormaa.
According to the Chief Executive Officer of the Dormaa based team, Albert Commey, the communication head of the club attacked him because the latter was drunk.
”It’s true there was a fracas between myself and Asamoah and I don’t regret slapping him for what he did to me later.I realized he aws drunk”, Commey said.
” I smelled alcohol all over him later and realized he was drunk, He told Sikka FM in Kumasi.
Meanwhile, Dennis Asamoah has been asked to issue an apology letter to Albert Commey before Nana Agyemang Badu, owner of the Dormaa based club takes the final decision.
