The meeting was the 80th edition and was done virtually due to the outbreak of the novel Coronavirus.

President Akufo-Addo chaired the meeting from the Presidential Villa at the Jubilee House because he is in a fourteen-day isolation after one of his inner circle tested positive for the devastating disease.
