Kennedy Agyapong donates over $400,000 to evacuate stranded Ghanaians abroad

Member of Parliament for Assin Central, Honorable Kennedy Agyapong has donated over $400,000.00 to help evacuate stranded Ghanaians abroad.

The tough talking legislator has already donated $200,000 to support the evacuation of about 100 Ghanaians stranded in Lebanon.

With the Foreign Affairs Ministry seeking to evacuate all stranded Ghanaians from the Gulf State, Honorable Kennedy Agyapong has again donated a whopping $428,650.00 to help in the evacuation exercise.

He donated $144,650 to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs before adding GH¢501,000.00 making a total of $428,560 to support the exercise.

It should be noted that, these Ghanaians couldn’t return home due to the closure of all Ghanaian borders due to the Coronavirus outbreak.
