[ads1]The Riches Bible College and Clergy Council lnc’ Riches Theological University College on Saturday, September 5, 2020, conferred an Honouring Causa Degree ‘DOCTOR OF MINISTRY’ ( D.M) on Prophet Enoch Essel , the General Overseer of lnternational Praise Prayer Ministry (IPPM) in a colourful ceremony held at the Church Premises in Effia, a suburb in Takoradi of the Western Region.
The certificate of DOCTOR OF MINISTRY (D.M) was conferred on the highly-respected preacher by Bishop Dr. Richard Offei under the leadership of the Riches Bible College and Clergy Council, alongside other fewer individuals were all honored on the day.
Other individuals who were honored on the day include; Apostle Jeremiah Ben- Kuranchie ( Doctor of Ministry)( Honori Causa), Apostle Chiro Cephas Da- Costa( Doctor of Divinity(D.D)(Honori Causa), Rev. Emmanuel Ekow Hagan(Doctor in Ministry)(D.M) (Honori Causa) and Mr Michael Otoo ( Doctor of Humanity and Leadership (D.H.L) (Honori Causa)

Prophet Enoch Essel is a truly devoted person who is highly respected as a man of God and a Prophet of God.
He was born on 18th August, an ordained minister of God called into the office of the prophet with a dynamic gift of healing and deliverance ministry, a family man and an avid philanthropist.[ads2]
He is the Founder and General Overseer of the International Praise Prayer Ministry (IPP). He had the Called of God at his early age and has been mandated by heavens to reach out to families with the gospel of Christ to demonstrate the love of God to all and support the communities God plants him in .[ads3]
He is generational leader who sees potentials in every person and believes in leadership by example, he is bless with three beautiful children and a father of many people with a heart of a mother. He is a great a supporter who uses his gift and calling ministry to fulfill the medical,Psychological and Spiritual needs of people .He doesn’t speak of the people he has help , the crises he has defused for the lives he has touched.
He wades into the toughest situations with a joke on his lips and a God given gift to always put people at ease. He is one of a kind , an incredible role model who is completely unselfish. The strugglering and challenges of life does not stop him from anything he decide to achieved for the Lord , a self motivated person who has stand to overcomes many challenges of Life . He is very discipline and a self- devoted person who has fully dedicated his whole life for God .
Because he has served the Lord through the faithfulness, exercise of his his gift and because the body of Christ has been enriched by his faithfulness and commitment. Riches Bible College and Clergy Council Inc’ Riches Theological University College was established in the year 2009 by Bishop Dr. Richard Offei who is now the Chancellor and the President of the College.
