At least ten people have died with others sustaining various degrees of injuries in a fatal accident involving a cargo truck and two buses at Kyekyewere on the Accra-Kumasi stretch this morning.

According to Starr FM’s Kojo Ansah, about eighty (80) passengers have been seriously injured.
In his report, Kojo Ansah said, “the cargo truck fully loaded with goods had a burst tyre while descending a hill. The Truck veered off its lane turning left-right then hit one of the buses and hit another bus, so two buses crashed and has resulted in a lot of casualties”

“As I speak to you now I am unable to flow because of what I have seen. Very sad scene. So far I counted about ten dead bodies”, he said…
