Ghana Women’s Premier League outfit Northern Ladies FC have gotten their own new bus ahead of the upcoming league season.
Women’s football keep growing day in and out and Northern Ladies have contributing massively since their qualification in 2015.

Since qualifying for the women’s top-flight league, Northern Ladies FC have been performing greatly and are known for causing surprises during league games.
The team, in the coming league season will have their own bus to transport players and the technical team to match venues.

It is believed that the management of the club used the FIFA Covid-19 Relief Fund to purchase the 30-seater Nissan Civilian bus.
Speaking to the media, Sumani Basirudeen who is the head coach of the club said the FIFA Covid-19 Relief Fund has helped the team by cutting down cost especially transportation which was a huge burden on the management of the club in the previous seasons.

Coach Sumani Basirudeen said the bus will also help the club in adhering to the Coronavirus safety protocols especially the social distancing.
