Fans of Hearts of Oak on Wednesday woke up to hear soul awakening news that their beloved club is at the verge of signing Techiman Eleven Wonders goalie John Moosie.
The deal has reportedly advanced to a point and the former Berekum Chelsea shot stopper will join the phobians and keep the posts for Hearts of Oak against Kotoko on Sunday.
In the contrary, General Manager of Eleven Wonders Takyi Arhin, has completely ruled out any possibility of the deal happening.
According to ‘Thunder’, Hearts of Oak have tendered in an audacious offer for the services of Moosie, but have been told the goalkeeper will not be sold for any amount, since he is a key to the survival of the club.
“John Moosie is not for sale at any price”, Takyi Arhin said, speaking to FOX FM. ” Hearts of Oak have approached us (Eleven Wonders) for the services of Moosie, but we have told them he will not be sold at any price and they have bowed out in agreement “, he claimed.
Close sources to the club have however confirmed that a deal is currently being struck between Hearts of Oak and Nana Ameyaw, President of Eleven Wonders and that Moosie may seal his move to the Continental club masters before the super clash against Kotoko on Sunday.
