The Minister of Youths and Sports, Honorable Isaac Asiamah on behalf of the Government have lauded Ghana’s young warrior, Isaac Dogboe for his emphatic victory over Mexican’s Jesse Magdaleno in the WBO Super Bantamweight title bout in Philadelphia, USA.
Isaac Dogboe knocked Magdaleno out in the eleventh round of the heated encounter at Liacouras Center in US, making him the youngest World Champion in the history of Ghana after Azumah Nelson and Ike Quartey.
The Ministry believes Dogboe is on the radar of becoming the best in Ghana’s boxing history and would soon join the table of Champions.

Having become the youngest world champion in our rich boxing history you, just like your predecessors are indeed a role model to the youth of Ghana.
