The member of Parliament for North Tongu in the Volta Region, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa has resigned from the Appointment Committee of Parliament.
The legislator has resigned from the committee citing personal reasons as basis for his resignation.[ads2]
In a statement, Okudzeto Ablakwa stated that the resignation takes immediate effect hence will not be part of the committee for the vetting of the deputy ministers-designate.[ads3]
