The Works and Housing Minister, Francis Asenso-Boakye has commissioned and handed over the North-Kaneshie residential unit in Accra on Wednesday to its new owners.
The North-Kaneshie residential unit is part of the Government’s Affordable Housing project nationwide.
The unit which contains two bedroom apartments and beyond sells at GHS586,000 and above.
At the commission exercise, the sector Minister said the target beneficiaries of the unit are bankers, civil servants and other middle to low income earners.
