Popular radio show host, Omanhene Yaw Adu-Boakye and four other presenters at Kessben FM in Kumasi are heading to the sister station of the company Kessben FM in Accra.
According to a report by Mediafillagh, Omanhene Yaw Adu-Boakye who is the host of Kessben FM morning show, will be leaving Kumasi alongside his entire crew to Kessben FM in Accra ahead of its official programming on July 5, 2021.[ads2]
This means that, from Monday, July 5, 2021, the Kessben FM morning show will be held at Kessben FM in Accra and simulcast on Kessben FM in Kumasi.
Also, Ali Baba Dankanbari, and newscasters Nana Yaw Boamah, Akuoko Kwarteng and Nyarko Abronoma Gyimah together with its producers Veronica Kukua Gyandoh and Akosua Somuah are all moving to Kessben FM Accra for the official programming.[ads3]
This also means that ‘Breaking News’, an afternoon programme host by Ali Baba Dankanbari as well as the 6am and 6pm news will be held at Kessben FM in Accra.
Meanwhile, the sports show host by renowned broadcaster Sir Joe Lakka will be held on Kessben FM in Kumasi but simulcast on Kessben FM in Accra.[ads5]
