The management of Takoradi-based radio station, Kyzz FM have dissolved its sports team, Kyfilla.com can exclusively reveal.
Sources divulge that, the sports team led by renowned sportscaster Emmanuel Kwesi Koomson have been relieved off duty after months of assuming work.[ads2]
It is believed that the management of the station are seeking to restructure the sports team as well as to rebrand the station.

Known to be one of the age-old radio stations in the Sekondi-Takoradi metropolis, sources reveal that the management of the station want to restructure the sports department in order to compete very well in the media space.[ads3]
Having produced top sportscasters for the media industry in the Western Region and beyond, the management of the station, per information gathered, were not enthused with the output of the sports team hence the decision to relieve them off duty.
The office of Kyfilla.com understands the management have begun talking to some top sports broadcasters in and outside the Western Region to strengthen the team as they seek to restructure the sports department to rub shoulders with the other stations in the metropolis that have overtaken them in the sports broadcasting race.
