Ghanaian referee Cecil Fletcher has revealed that he has not received any notification from the British Broadcasting Corporation [BBC] asking him to respond to allegations of bribery made against him in yet-to-be aired ‘Number 12’ video expose’.
Reports circulating in the media indicate that some referees have been caught in the Anas Aremeyew Anas expose’ which includes the name of the former Western regional based referee Cecil Fletcher.
But speaking to Sekondi based Radio Silver, the renowned referee said he has received no notification from BBC but he has heard about the circulating list.
“I have not received a notification from BBC, I also heard of the news but can’t comment on it now am waiting for the said notification from them”, he said.
The expose’ video will be premiered on Wednesday 6th June, 2018 at the Accra International Conference Center with some Ghanaians expecting to shakeup the country.
