An Accra Circuit Court Seven has adjourned Captain Smart case to January 11, 2022.
This was after he was arraigned before court today, Thursday, December 9, 2021.[ads2]
The popular broadcaster pleaded not guilty to the charge of offensive conduct conducive to the breach of the peace under Section 207 of the Criminal Offences Act 1960 (Act 29).
The court admitted him to bail in the sum of Hundred Thousand Ghana Cedis (GH₵ 100,000.00) with one surety to be justified.
The case has been adjourned to January 11, 2022. Meanwhile, he is to report to the Police every Tuesday and Friday.[ads3]

Godsbrain Smart popularly known as Captain Smart is the Onua FM/TV morning show host who was arrested by the The Nima Divisional Police Command on Thursday, December 2, 2021, for some unsavoury pronouncements that hinge on peace and security.[ads4]
