Angel Broadcasting Network (ABN) is set to lose three of its key presenters led by Nana Yaa Brefo to Media General, Kyfilla.com can exclusively report.
According to deep source, Nana Yaa Brefo, Nana Yaa Kyeraa and newscaster Appiah Kubi are close to joining Onua FM/TV.
Negotiations have reached the apex and the trio could be crossing carpet to the Media General family barring any last minute changes.
Sources reveal that management of Media General want to strengthen Onua FM/TV news department with Appiah Kubi otherwise known as Kasiebohene who has been Media General’s long standing target.
For Nana Yaa Brefo and Yaa Kyeraa, should the deal materialized, the duo will be teaming up with former colleague at Angel FM, Captain Smart on the Onua FM/TV maakye morning show.
It is believed that the deal could be finalized in the next coming days before the official announcement.
Should negotiations end in success, Nana Yaa Brefo, Yaa Kyeraa and Appiah Kubi ‘Kasiebohene’ will be joining former Angel FM colleagues of Captain Smart, Isaac Ansah Apagya and Nathaniel Obeng at Onua FM/TV.
