Reputable media brand in the Western Region, Skyy Power FM have begun the search for a new morning show host and a head of the news department.
The station regarded as the hub of producing top media personalities in the country is currently in need of a morning show host and head of the news department.
This has become necessary as morning show host, Samuel Kojo Brace is set to leave the station for Multimedia Group’s Joy FM in the nation’s capital.
As Kyfilla.com earlier broke the news, Kojo Brace has tendered in his resignation letter to the management of the station and will depart the West-Fijai based radio station effective February 28, 2022.
As a result of Samuel Kojo Brace’s departure, the management of Skyy Power FM have begun steps in recruiting a new morning show host and a head of the station’s newsroom.
This was contained in a publication by the Chief Executive Officer of the station, Mr. Wilson Arthur on Facebook which reads, “Impact JOB Opportunity… Head of News.. Morning Show Host.. Qualification : Min 1st Degree from reputable University.. He or She must be a strong Personality, fluent in English.”
Skyy Power FM in recent times have been losing most of its top employees to other competing brands – a situation of which most of its ardent listeners have been pondering about.
It started from Ewurama Smith who is now with Media General’s Connect FM in Takoradi to Philip Osei Bonsu currently with Asempa FM to Nhyiraba Paa Kwesi Simpson and Nana Adjoa Arthur all now with Connect FM to Victor Atsu Tamakloe currently with Asaase Radio in Accra, then Eric Yaw Agyei and Eric Nana Gyetuah also with Connect FM.
Others who have also crossed carpets include Oti Asrifi Mensah (unattached), Paul Anyaba, Michael Asare Boadu (Now with Silver FM), Wisdom Agbleke (now with Spice FM), Benjamin Aboagye (now with Nyansapo Radio), Lady Scratch (Connect FM), and host of others.
