Renowned sports broadcaster, Collins Atta Poku has parted ways with Kumasi-based Wontumi Radio/TV.
The knowledgeable sports analyst has left the media house owned by the leader of the NPP in Ashanti Region, Chairman Wontumi, after two years of active service.
What necessitated his departure from Wontumi remains unknown.
His departure from Wontumi Radio was announced by the head of sports at the radio station, King Eben, on Friday, June 10, 2022.
According to King Eben, even though Atta Poku has resigned from the station, he will still be helping the sports team until a replacement is announced.

He has been heavily linked to Sompa FM, another radio station in the Ashanti Region.
Atta Poku joined Wontumi Radio in June, 2020 after an incredible stint with Kessben Media.
He becomes the second sports broadcaster to leave Wontumi Radio this month after local news presenter Abou Diaby.
Atta Poku, a former Metro FM analyst, who double as a University lecturer, shot to fame with his sumptuous analysis on sports related issues whilst with Kessben FM.
He is considered by many as one of the best sports analysts in the country.
