Ghana striker Felix Afena-Gyan has agreed to join Serie A outfit Cremonese with negotiations set to be finalized.
The 19-year old has finally agreed to leave As Roma for Cremonese after the two clubs reached an agreement few days ago for the Black Stars striker.
Initially, Afena-Gyan was to join Cremonese on loan but the two clubs have agreed on a permanent deal worth €6m plus €3m add-ons with the youngster expected to undergo medicals this weekend.[ads3]
Afena-Gyan was promoted to the AS Roma senior side by coach Jose Mourinho last season after an explosive form for the U18 side of the club.

He is joining Cremonese for more playing time in order to get a call-up to the Black Stars for the 2022 World Cup tournament in Qatar.
Afena-Gyan made his debut for AS Roma against Cagliari in the Italian Serie A in November 2022, before scoring his first two goals in the victory over Genoa.
