Former Asante Kotoko striker, Franck Mbella Etouga has said he has never regretted leaving the Ghanaian champions after just a season with the club.[ads2]
The 21-year old Cameroonian goal poacher played a huge role when Asante Kotoko won the Ghana Premier League title last season where he scored 21 goals to finish second on the topscorers log.
After an incredible performance that season, Mbella who had a year left on his contract with Asante Kotoko left for Al Masry in Egypt.[ads3]
“I made a choice to leave Asante Kotoko after helping them win the league title and I do not regret any decision to leave the team,” Mbella told Ghanasportspage.com.
“I’m a professional player and I stay focused to attain my goals in life. Currently, my focus is on Al Masry and to help the team win glories” he added.
Since joining Al Masry, Franck Mbella Etouga has made eight appearances for the Egyptian top-flight side, scoring just a goal.[ads4]
