Former Presidents, John Agyekum Kufuor and John Dramani Mahama have landed in Parliament for today’s state of the nation address by President Akufo-Addo.[ads2]
The two former presidents are among dignitaries present for the all-important event in Parliament this morning.
“We are blessed with the presence of former President John Agyekum Kufuor and we have your Excellency the former President John Dramani Mahama,” Speaker Alban Bagbin mentioned them among other dignitaries present.[ads3]
President Akufo-Addo is expected to address parliament and Ghanaians on the current situation of the country from 10:00am this morning.
He is expected to touch on the controversial domestic debt exchange programme, Ghana’s deal with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) among others.[ads4]
