Ghanaian comic actor, musician and footballer, Kwadwo Nkansah ‘LilWin’ has disclosed that he rejected an offer to play for Asante Kotoko.
Kwadwo Nkansah joined New Edubiase United in the Division One League on a two-year deal in 2021 but has been sidelined since joining the club.
Speaking in an interview on Happy FM, LilWin indicated Asante Kotoko was among numerous of Ghanaian clubs who wanted his signature but ended up signing for New Edubiase United.
” I rejected offers from clubs in Ghana. Asante Kotoko and other clubs wanted me to pen my signature from them but i declined”
“I have an offer from Europe and my manager and I are working towards that. There is too much hate in the local scene and i want to ply my trade elsewhere”.
Since joining New Edubiase United as player and ambassador, Kwadwo Nkansah ‘LilWin’ has played only five games for the club.
