Ghanaian rugby administrator, Rafatu Inusah has landed a top role at Rugby Africa- the continent’s rugby governing body.
The Ghanaian rugby union executive has been appointed onto Africa Rugby’s Women’s Committee following her immense contribution towards the success of rugby football in the continent.
“Ms Pauolo Lanco, Executive Member of Rugby Africa and Chairman of the Women’s Rugby Committee is pleased and honored to inform you (Rafatu Inusah) of your official appointment as a member of the committee”, a statement signed by the General Manager of Rugby Africa, Azzouz Aib and dated April 18, 2023 reads.
The statement added;”You will be contacted in the following days in order to provide you with all the practical details that will allow you to onboard in the best conditions. We remain at your disposal to provide you with further information and thank you for your support and involvement with Rugby Africa.”
Rafatu Inusah is a board member of the Ghana Rugby Football Union where she has worked with the current Rugby Africa President Herbert Mensah for many years.
She is also the women’s representative and development officer at the Ghana Rugby Football Union.
