Former Hearts Oak Defender Acquah Harrison has slammed current players of the club by labeling them as not serious following the team’s 12th place finish in the 2022/2023 BetPawa Premier League season.
Hearts of Oak struggled in the just ended season placing 12th in the 18 teams Betpawa Premier League.
Speaking to Alfred Takyi Mensah of Onua TV Acquah hammered – “Hearts of Oak is not academy to be used for players to justify, current Hearts management just bring in any player they recruit.
“Most of current players aren’t ready to wear the rainbow jersey just look at the disgrace they’ve brought upon the team this season”.
Acquah Harrison was a member of 2004 CAF Confederation Cup winning team had most of his football success at the Accra-based based side.
