Singer and Songwriter, Sally M has earned two nominations in the Western Music Awards 2023 in the Highlife Song and New Artist of the Year categories as were announced on Thursday evening.
This recognition comes just a little over a year that Sally M released her debut single Attention Love and later in November 2022 added Highlife tune, Makoma as her second single.
Attention Love and Makoma are two genres of songs, Afrobeats and Highlife respectively that depict the versatility of Sally M. Makoma will compete with Snow B, Afedzi Perry, Naf Kassi, Joey Slym and Kweysi Swat for the Highlife Song of the Year.
In the New Artist of the Year, Sally M will see competition from nine others to contest for the one of the biggest awards on the night.

Sally Mugabe Hayfron, known in showbiz as Sally M, born in 2000 at Sekondi, Ghanaian Musician and Songwriter named after her great grandmother, Sally Francesca Mugabe Hayfron, wife of late Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabe.
She released her first single in May 2022 and has so far released two singles; Attention Love and Makoma. Sally M received her basic education at Baxford International School, Bompeh Senior High Technical School and later earned Diploma in Media Relations at MIG.

She is presently readying Feeling which will be her first single this year and third single since May 31, 2022.
