Former captain for the Black Stars of Ghana, Stephen Appiah has applauded countryman Kwadwo Asamoah for joining Italian Serie A giant Inter Milan.
The former Juventus buoyant midfielder Stephen Appiah believes Kwadwo Asamoah made the right decision by joining coach Luciano Spalletti side.
According to the retired footballer, Kwadwo Asamoah was not getting enough playing at Juventus and therefore it’s a wise decision for him to inked contractual terms with Inter Milan.
“Of course, it’s a good move because we have to be honest and say that he was loved at Juventus but at a point, he was not getting playing time there, so moving to Inter Millan, I think that he is a hardworking guy and he will work hard to get playing time there” Appiah told the press during the launch of the Rexona talent hunt.
Kwadwo Asamoah joined Inter Milan this summer and he’s currently part of the team’s preseason campaign.
