Bechem United combative midfielder, Francis Twene was on the verge of signing for Accra Hearts of Oak ahead of the 2022/23 League season but the deal collapsed at the last time stage.
According to the Western Regional Organizer of the Hearts of Oak supporters, ShefPhobia the Betpawa Premier League giants offered Twene a mouth watering deal to sign for them, but later he declined at the last stage of their negotiations.
