Head of Ghana Football Association Technical Directorate, Bernard Lipphert has labeled talks around Ghana Football to be always negative and challenged Ghanaians to talk positives concerning football and help to work to improve the game.
The German gaffer was appointed in 2020 to help formulate guidelines strategy and policies for the training and technical development of coaches in Ghana.
