Albert Diego Dieudonne Eonde, a forward for Accra Hearts of Oak from Cameroon, has described Accra Hearts of Oak supporters as “demanding” while lamenting the team’s appalling performance over the most recent season.
Albert, joined Accra Hearts Of Oak in February of this year, he implored with the club’s supporters to have patience and to stick with the team so that they may return to winning ways.
“We respect the fans for the energy and support. The fans are very demanding. We know they are demanding a lot from us and a performance that will make them happy. It is what we wish to do whenever we are on the pitch or get the chance,” he said to Ghanasportspage in an interview.
“Is our job and our passion. We don’t go there to lose games or to perform badly but as we say it is football. I guess most of us are almost new to the team but I believe with time everything will be okay.” he added
The striker is yet to score a goal for the phobians .
Hearts Of Oak have already parted ways with Yassin Ouatching a Central African Republic striker on mutual grounds after he failed to live up to expectation.
