The Sekondi High Court presided over by Judge has granted the Western Regional Football Association permission to begin the Super Middle League.
Mr. Ebenezer Kwamena Thompson successfully placed an injunction on the start of the Super Middle League on June 19, 2023 aiding to the succeeding three weeks seeking correction to some issues he claims to be an anomaly.
Within the period the Sekondi High Court has adjourned the case three times for varied reasons.

Issues of capacity of Ebenezer Kwamena Thompson was raised and the Court has for the following sitting granted permission pending the final adjudication of the case.
