The Ghana League Clubs Association have set August 6 to August 13 as the start date for the 2023 historic preseason tournament dubbed GHALCA Top Four.
FC Samartex 1996 General Manager and Executive Council of GHALCA, Edmund Ackah made this known in a media interaction on Saturday, July 15.
