Some angry supporters of Accra Hearts of Oak have called on the Club hierarchy to prevent Board Members kum-management, Vincent Odotei Sowah and Alhaji Brimah Akanbi from recruiting new players.
Last Saturday, the National Chapter Committee (NCC) made this plea at the Civil Service Auditorium in Accra.
For the first time in four years, over 190 NCC delegates gathered in the auditorium to deliberate on issues affecting the club. They also charted a new path.
A bylaw was proposed to ensure that the tenure of the NCC leadership corresponds with the climax of each season at the forum. The delegates extended the NCC executives’ tenure by a year.

Meanwhile, without a substantive head coach, Kelvin Osei Asibey joined the club from Eleven Wonders and others are purported to be on their way which has infuriated the Club’s supporters wing and one of the issues discussed at the gathering over the weekend.
