News circulating on the internet indicates that Portuguese Primeira Liga side C.D Tondela have parted ways with Ghanaian youngster Sulley Muniru.
Muniru who joined the Estadio Joao Cardoso outfit in January could not established himself into the team, thus triggering the termination of his contract.
The former Steua Bucharesti midfielder capped four matches for the Gold and Greens with only one assist.
Meanwhile, C.D Tondela were 11th on the Portuguese league last season and are hoping to make case for themselves in the upcoming league season.
Sulley Muniru is the younger brother of former Inter Milan midfielder Sulley Muntari who is currently a free agent.
