George Afriyie, the presidential aspirant for the Ghana Football Association has announced the members of his campaign team according to a report by Onua Sports on Wednesday.
In the next election, which is anticipated to take place in October 2023, the former GFA Vice President, George Afriyie has expressed his intention to run for the position.
George Afriyie has assembled a seven-person campaign team as part of his preparations to compete for the coveted job in the Ghanaian football industry.
Multiple reports in the local media claim that savvy attorney Kwaku Ayiah (Esq.) will be in charge of the campaign team that includes Ashford Tetteh Oku, Samuel Otuo Acheampong and Collins Atta Poku.
George Ofosuhene, Nana Amankwah, and Emmanuel Newton Dasoberi of Asante Kotoko round-up the group. Dasoberi will serve as the team’s secretary.
Kojo Yankah, previous Western Regional FA chairman, has also declared his intentions to succeed Kurt Okraku as FA head.Kurt Okraku will also seek re-election.
