FC Metz are set to sign Hull City forward Benjamin Tetteh (26), following an agreement reached regarding the Ghanaian striker’s transfer, as confirmed by L’Équipe.
Tetteh, a Ghanaian international with seven caps, joined Hull City on a free transfer in 2023 following the expiration of his contract with Turkish side Malatyaspor. During his Championship season with Hull last season, he made 15 appearances, scoring once and registering four assists.
However, his stay on the English east coast may be brief. Juillard says the contact between Metz and Hull is at an advanced stage. An agreement on Tetteh’s transfer has already been reached, and only the finer details need to be sorted before its completion. His signature is imminent.
