Faroe islands-based Ghanaian forward Tijani Mohammed has completed the final phase of his UEFA License B coaching course, Kyfilla.com can exclusively confirm.
The 33-year old attacker, has completed the course organized by the Faroe lsland Football Association’s Coaches Department.
The UEFA License B Coaching course which comes in 4 different stages starting with the B 1 , which is the first phase, then to B2 and B3 , before finishing with B4 which is the final stage in the course which lasted for 6 months period.
Tijani graduated with a score of 12% mark which is the highest grade ie 100% from the exams by Faroe islands Football Federation.
“ Former National team Assistant coach Joannes Jakobsen, who was the instructor for Tijani Mohammed during the course was impressed with his technical and tactical abilities and recommended him to pursue coaching as his career if he wishes to do so.
He is currently with Feroe Island Premier League outfit B71 Sandoy and he is touted as the ‘face of the team’.

He was appointed in June 2020 as the head coach of the B71 Sandoy women’s team and was intrumental in nurturing some talented women footballers for the Faroe islands Women’s U.19 team.
Tijani Mohammed started his career in Ghana at Takoradi- based Division two side Future Stars and moved to Sekondi Metro Sporting Club, which is now under the name Karela United before moving to Europe..
Tijani is a former Student of Takoradi Technical Institute (TTI) During his days at TTI he played along side with players like John Antwi , Ahmed Mohammed and Ekow Annan George formerly of king Faisal.

He won two inter school and colleges trophies, one regional trophy and qualified Takoradi Technical Institute under then trainer William Yenzu Quansah in 2006.
He is the President of of a Non- profit organization, SiaFoundation which seeks to support the needy and less privilege in the society..
