The 2018 Ghana National Games( GNG) otherwise known as ” National Sports Festival has been postponed by the National planning Committee with a new date for the event set to be announced in due course.
The event which was slated for the Cape Coast Sports Stadium on the 12th August ,2018 has been postponed after a meeting between the Planing Committee and the National Sports Authority.
The decision to postponed the event has been become necessary to further strengthen the preparation of the various teams towards the the 2019 All African Games to be held in Morocco.
In a release signed by the Chairman of the 2018 GNG Planing Committee ,Prof. H.A Pufaa on Wednesday 1st August, 2018, the organizers deeply regret the inconveniences .
