John Antwi left it late in the second leg of the Confederation of African Football’s Confederation Cup preliminary qualifier as Dreams Fc beat Guinea’s Milo FC 2-1 at the Accra Sports Stadium to secure qualification to the next stage of the competition.
The Ghanaian side picked up a 3-2 aggregate advantage after a 1-1 first leg at Guinea and a final 2-1 win in Ghana.
John Antwi scored on the 83rd and the 87th minutes of the game to turn the tie on its head after the Guinean side had taken an earlier lead in the 13th minute of the game.
the Ghanaian side has now secured a slot in the second round of the qualifiers and are yet to confirm opponent.
