Accra Heart of Oak has agreed personal terms with King Faisal defender David Oppong Afrane.
As called by Shaban Mohammed, the sports statistician, Hearts and King Faisal have yet to finalize the transfer fee, and negotiations are ongoing between the two clubs.
Afrane was impressive and showed brilliance during the 2022–2023 GPL season for Alhaji Grusah’s boys, though King Faisal suffered relegation. The defender impressed, and he has attracted interest from a number of clubs, but Hearts of Oak are the front-runners to sign him as it stands.
David Oppong Afrane made 49 appearances with 2 assists and 2 goals for King Faisal. Hearts of Oak will hope to secure his services before their opening match with RTU.
