Ghana came from behind to beat Central African Republic courtesy goals from Mohammed Kudus and Ernest Nuamah to book a place in the finals of the African Cup of Nations to be held in Ivory Coast earlier next year.
Louis Mafouta scored the game’s opener for the visitors at the Baba Yara Stadium and Ghana had to climb from behind to advance to the next stage.
Kudus responded with a belter from a free kick to draw the game level inside the first half at 43 minutes to end the half 1-1.
Ghana held on strong and advanced with some cool passing game inside the half of the opponent.

A three successive changes by head coach Chris Hughton added to firepower upfront; Gideon Mensah replaced Baba Rahman, Inaki William left for Antoine Semenyo and Ernest Nuamah came on for Osman Bukari.
Ernest Nuamah was teed up expertly inside the box and the new Lyon forward tapped in brilliantly to send Ghana smiling pretty with all points.
Ghana now advances after three wins and three draws to secure top position of Group E. The Black Stars will be joined by Angola as the two to have qualified from the group.
