Hearts of Oak was unable to register the Ivorian forward in time for the season to start, despite his being tipped as the Phobians’ main offensive weapon, due to a delay in paperwork.
If Hearts of Oak are successful in registering him on Monday, Cisse could give Accra Hearts of Oak another attacking option, increasing pressure to contend for the title.
Kassim Cisse joined Accra Hearts of Oak SC on a permanent deal from Ivory Coast Division One side Lanfiara FC. Hearts of Oak are currently 9th on the league table with 16 points after 14 matches.
