Former Ebusua Dwarfs head coach J.E Sarpong has stated emphatically that Yusif Basigi shouldn’t be blame for the Black Princesses abysmal performance at the ongoing FIFA U20 World Cup in France.
The Black Princesses were eliminated from the world cup after losing two and winning one of their three games in the group, conceding eight goals and scoring just two in the process.
But the veteran tactician believes the team had bad preparations before heading to France for the tournament.
“Coach Yusif Basigi cannot be blamed for the poor performance of Black Princesses in France.The team had a bad preparation before the tournament, he said
“The team died in Ghana before leaving for France”, he added during an interview with Takoradi based Aseda FM.
