Former Ebusua Dwarfs astounding attacker Justice Ato Mensah has opined that, the Congolese linafoot is more competitive and superior than the Ghana Premier League.
The former Sekondi Eleven Wise goal poacher appreciated the abundance of talent in Ghana but outlined that in the Congolese league players’ welfare are taken good care of by the clubs unlike Ghana.
“Ghana has talent but the Congolese league is more competitive and surpass the Ghana Premier League.
“We travel with flight and they take care of our welfare unlike here in Ghana”, he spoke exclusively to www.kyfilla.com in an exclusive interview.
He however added that most of his colleagues who are plying their trade in the Ghana Premier league are suffering following the suspension of the league and urged FIFA, CAF and the Ghanaian government to put proper measures in place for the league to resume.
“The players are suffering because of the suspension of the league, they speak to us about it.
“The government and FIFA together with CAF should put things in place for the league to resume”, he added.
Ato Mensah joined Sanga Balende on a two year deal as a free agent after stint with Ghana Premier League outfit Cape Coast Ebusua Dwarfs expired.
