Ghanaian international and former King Faisal Football Club talismanic defender, Pius Baffour Awuah, was in superb form as he captained and lasted 90 minutes for his club, Nsingizini Hotspurs FC, in their hard-fought 1-0 win.
Nsingizini Hotspurs got the away win over Manzini Sea Birds Football Club in the Eswatini MTN Premier League round of 16.
The 25-year-old center back has been a revelation for his team, becoming the only player from outside the country to captain an Eswatini League team.
It was his 50th game for the club since joining them last season from King Faisal. In his 50 games as a defender, the tireless center back has also scored 7 goals.
With 24 points from 16 games, Nsingizini Hotspurs FC is ranked seventh in the league.
