ASEC Mimosas clinical finisher, Ahmed Simba Toure has extended his contract with the Ivorian side till 2020.
According to Toure, he had only a year left on his contract but has extended his contract after series of meetings with the management of the club.
“I have already signed two years contract and have played a year with a year left for my contract to run out, and they told me the one year left can run out very soon, so i should extend it.
After several discussions, we came to an agreement finally and i have signed a year to make it two years now” Ahmed Toure confirmed in an interview with www.kyfilla.com.
The former Kumasi Asante talisman had a wonderful season with the team, scoring 17 goals in 14 matches for the Ivorian outfit and also helped them qualify to the CAF Confederation Cup group stages.
He is set to miss the game against Aduana on Sunday after sustaining an injury to his knee.
