Macedonian First Football League side FC Shkupi has officially unveiled newly signed Ghanaian striker Emmanuel Avornyo.
The former Behem United talismanic striker joined the smugglers after a fruitful meeting between the two clubs on Monday for an undisclosed fee.
The 22-year-old joined the Hunters in 2021, establishing himself as a key member of the team before his exit from the team.
Bechem United released a statement on their Facebook page confirming the signing and departure of the Ghanaian international. The statement read,
“We have reached an agreement with FC SHKUPI for the transfer of Emmanuel Avornyo. We would like to thank him for his services to the club, and we also wish him the best of luck in his next journey,” the club wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter.
Avornyo scored three goals and provided three assists in 15 appearances in the Ghana Premier League before his departure to Macedonia.
The young 22-year-old will hope to be an integral part of the Stadion Chair outfit. FC Shkupi are currently second in the Prva Makedonska Fudbalska Liga.
