Edward Akwasi Boateng and Diana Asamoah, two gospel musicians, got into a furious radio dispute.
The seasoned musician was upset that Ms. Asamoah asked him to stop begging after receiving a Toyota car from Prophet Bernard El Bernard.
Well-wishers have showered Akwasi Boateng with substantial donations in response to his public outcry, helping to lessen his financial hardships, settle his debts, and pay for his kids’ educational costs.
Diana Asamoah, however, feels that action is akin to begging, and she advised her colleague to make prudent investments in place.
She advised him to make money by using the car for Uber.
Is he not the same Peterson who crooned that no servant of the Lord would go without bread, she wonders? in an attempt to cast doubt on the existence of God when a gospel minister asks for assistance.
That being said, Akwasi Boateng saw her unsolicited opinion as a slight rather than something to value.
After voicing his disappointment in Diana Asamoah, he told her to keep her disrespectful and unjustified divine direction to herself.
