Ghanaians’ responses to his acceptance to join Bawumia’s campaign team have been divided, with some criticizing him and others showing their support. Gyan, nevertheless, says he is not concerned about the remarks made regarding his New Patriotic Party membership.
“They have their own opinions,” said Gyan at the inauguration of the NPP’s Campaign Team for the 2024 general elections, at Alisa Hotel.
Asamoah Gyan was designated earlier this month as the head of the New Patriotic Party’s “Youth and Sports” manifesto subcommittee on the party’s manifesto committee for the 2024 elections.
